Access your DVM documents from our web site.
The DVM IT team can give you access to the documents we are keeping on file for you from a secured page on this Web site. Now you can get copies of the documents we have on file for you — without having to contact us at all — 24/7. No more emailing, no more waiting for our response.
If you already know how to use this feature, just:
- Click the “Client Sign On” button below (You may be prompted to install Citrix Web Client the first time you do this).
- Enter your user name and password…
…and you will be taken to a secure Web page, where you can:
- Browse the folders for your documents (left screen panel)
- Upload documents to us via your practice’s upload file folder (right screen panel)
Note: Because your sign-on and file access pages will be displayed in a a separate window (leaving this page open on your screen), you will need to have popups enabled, i.e., popup blocking will have to be turned off, or the sign-on screen will not appear.
